Spring The Moose Calf
I adore moose calves, and my favorite are the newborns, still red in color, who turn to look at you curiously- as if you are the first human they’ve ever seen. So I painted her that way. Her name is Spring because moose are usually born in May.

Sidney The Koala

Bob The Puffin
as I painted him, I was thinking about his name. I started thinking about what puffins do and their daily life, and I pictured them bobbing in the waves. So that was Bob!

Scallywag The Baby Beluga
I’ve always loved belugas, and the children’s song “Baby Beluga”. He has a mischievous look on his face so he had his name quite quickly.

Salsa The Rooster

Sheldon The Sea Otter
Sheldon got his name because he had a shell and ate it so it was done. Shell-done. I absolutely love sea otters, and I love their curious but somewhat disapproving little faces when they see your boat going by them.

Sticky The Snowman

Puffin The Cat
I bought my special little kitten but he was too young to come home yet. I’d chosen his name, Puffin. I was so impatient to bring him home, the waiting was four weeks too long! To distract myself, I painted him and made him into a sticker. So he’s a cat and his name is Puffin. I also have a Puffin and his name is Bob… confused yet?

Mossy The Caribou
I once saw a pair of bull caribou fighting one another. They were so close to my car I could hear their antlers crash together and I could hear their hooves stomping in the wet moss.

Sky The Seagull
I am most definitely a coastal girl, I love everything about it, including the salty air, the sound of the waves, and the song of the seagulls. I grew up on a fishing boat in the inlet and the sound of seagulls is so familiar and comforting to me. I love seeing them in the sky, and I know I’m near the sea I hold so dear.

Carwash The Octopus
I used to take my children to the car wash when they were little, and they squealed and laughed and watched the rainbow soap drip down the windows and the machines clean the car. But one day their father told them that there was an octopus that lived in the car wash, and it was trying to get in the car and get them! So from that day forward, the kids would never go back into the car wash with me. They’d scream if we got close! It’s funny to me now but not so much then. I wanted to paint an octopus and I immediately thought of that memory, so I made him holding items in each tentacle that could be used to help wash the car, and I made him the color of the rainbow soap, and I named him Carwash. Can you guess the holiday date of his sticker release? That’s right! Father’s Day. Carwash is a nod to dingbat dads we all love anyway.

Breeze The Red Fox
her nose is out, she’s sniffing the breeze and she’s also smelling the wildflowers.

Glory The Jellyfish

Popsicle The Polar Bear
created on a night with the Aurora dancing outside so I had to add some hints of Northern Lights on him.

Barkley The Owl
Alaska has very few owl species and one of them is the Saw Whet owl. I love hearing them in the woods at night, they will talk to each other and they even answer me back when I hoot at them. The juvenile Saw Whet owl is easily recognized by its white eyebrows. So say hello to the teenager I created! Barkley got his name because he clings to the bark on the side of the trees.

Oliver The Hedgehog

Periwinkle The Pig

Trouble The T-Rex

Tonka The Black Bear
My very first sticker design, he is so big and tough like a Tonka truck.

Miss Tayke The Black Bear
She is Tonka’s cousin. When I was painting her, I accidentally grabbed a green color instead of black, so if you look closely, you will see that on her fur. She became a symbol for me, of how beautiful our imperfection can be. (Her name is Mistake!)

Java The Puffer Fish

Makeit Snappy The Crab

Windy The Penguin

Silky The Pony
Silky has the same face markings as one of my horses I used to own. Her name was Silke. I changed her name slightly so that it could be remembered by customers more easily. Her sweet face is one I miss every day!
